Public Outreach

G3 Enterprises is committed to keeping its neighbors and the community informed about the progress of the proposed Lime Rock Valley Specific Plan and the related application for approval and environmental review process. G3 Enterprises' outreach program is designed to augment the statutory communication obligations of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  The outreach program strives to increase public awareness of the Lime Rock Valley Specific Plan, provide timely information, and promote communication between the project applicant and interested parties.

Lime Rock Valley is part of a proposed regional community plan for undeveloped infill properties within the El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park communities lying south of Highway 50 near the Bass Lake Road and Cambridge Road interchanges. G3 Enterprises, Inc., the project proponent for the proposed Lime Rock Valley Specific Plan, and its neighbor Parker Development Company, the project proponent for the proposed Village of Marble Valley Specific Plan, are working cooperatively to design complementary land use plans. The proponents are also coordinating infrastructure needs such as roadways, parks, trails (including a connection to the El Dorado Trail), and schools to serve the developments.

Our public outreach program consists of the following elements: 1) project briefings; 2) news and announcements available on this website; 3) email updates to which interested parties may subscribe; and 4) documents and other resources available on this website.
